During the Thanksgiving holiday season, people tend to be much more grateful and appreciative of what they have. Can you imagine what would happen if you had that grateful, Thanksgiving mindset every day? I’m not talking about eating a lot of food, either. What I’m saying is that cultivating an attitude of gratefulness is wonderful for both your personal life and your love life.

Have you been struggling with feelings of negativity lately? If so, you are not alone. Living through a pandemic can be extremely difficult. The rates of depression dramatically increased when the pandemic started and they continue to go up. Gratitude is a known antidote for dispelling negative emotions in your life that can drag you down and sap your energy and enthusiasm. If you’re stressed, or being critical of yourself or others, gratitude and having a positive, thankful outlook can be a good antidote to negativity and your inner critical voice.

It can be hard to believe that there is something to be grateful for, regardless of the circumstances. Believe it or not, even with losses and catastrophes, you can still muster up some measure of gratitude for something in your life. If you lose a romantic relationship, or a job, or money, you still have your family and friends, or your good health. It’s possible to find a bright side to anything, and positivity can make any losses you do experience, less intense.

Cultivating a grateful attitude can help you with relationships and dating, too. One of the most…
